Бюджетный шеф.

 

Клинок из стали 95х18. Рукоять - кап березы, стабилизированный, тонированный. Больстер - нержавейка. Всадной монтаж. Футляр кожа канадский дуб .

Высота клинка 55мм
Толщина клинка 3мм
Твердость клинка 60ед
Длинна рукояти 125мм

Уже говорил, что обалденно хороший нож, на кухню. Вот только бы шею рукояти сделал тоньше, больно широко.
