Собственно вопрос: с их (Buck) поддержкой кто-либо сталкивался? Есть ли шанс заказать новый клинок?

Я менял несколько раз, но это было на территории США. Необходимо скачать и заполнить форму с сайта Buck и вложить чек на 10$ для стандартных сталей и $16 для s30v. Пример гарантийных работ:
